editorial: clean up markdown, xrefs, sections #53

As part of fixing markdown processing bugs in ReSpec, I cleaned up the markdown of the spec. I also fixed a couple of broken links, etc.

@igrigorik, moved a couple of sections around, to better align with how the spec defines things (e.g., connection types is now followed by the ConnectionType enum).

Ok, released update to ReSpec. This should be good to go.

@marcoscaceres not sure if this is new or old, but getting a warning: "Found linkless element with text 'networkinformation' but no matching ."

I think you might have had an outdated cached version of ReSpec. Is all good now :)
