https://github.com/w3c/beacon/issues/72 signals a strong use case for compression integration into the beaconing mechanism. Could be good to think how that would work for PendingBeacon.

I think this is essentially the same request as https://github.com/WICG/pending-beacon/issues/56, or at least the subject matter is close enough that I suspect we can cover all of the details in that issue.
