Add a .editorconfigs and enforce indents, trailing newlines, and trailing whitespace conventions uniformly.
Add a .gitattributes to get GitHub to display .bs files as HTML.
Use new-ish gh-pages deploy support to remove the need for deploy.sh.
Add a Makefile for building the spec
Fix Bikeshed error (plus one warning) to allow the spec to build again.
