@letitz, that works for me. If the current IETF draft gets approved as an RFC, it might be added as a reference. We now mention CORS explicitly in the text, but it's still an unapproved draft. FYI: https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-6man-rfc6874bis-07.html#section-4-3

We can reference draft specifications, especially in a non-normative note like this one. Added a link.
