Please fix my device #115

Hello. I'm trying to understand why text messages aren't coming to my device. Is my network being blocked. I've spent hour trying to figure out problem. My carrier states all is well with my connection. Please help me. Is chrome blocking my server

Noted: private network access on chrome is still under warning only mode, so that it won't block anything unless you manually enforce it in chrome://flags.
