Extremely Minor: Chrome on Ubuntu, Default to Off? #1192

NBD, was doing some testing on an Ubuntu VM on my personal Mac Laptop and found that Sandbox APIs were off by default. What's my IP on the VM knows reasonably well where I am (i.e. not EU).

Can I assume this is not intentional on Chrome's part?

Which Chrome channel were you using? I think we still have a random holdback on non-stable channels?
