USENIX fledging paper issues #1201

https://www.usenix.net/conference/usenixsecurity24/presentation/calderonio contains a number of issues regarding Protected Audience. Are the issues raised there are being tracked in this repository? I think that some are, but maybe not all. The researchers contacted Google privately, which resulted in some implementation fixes, but some of the issues seem to be specification-related.

I've not done the analysis on a point-by-point basis, so apologies for this very general issue. It's OK to close it once more specific issues are identified or created. Maybe treat this as an opportunity to document a response to each of the identified issues.

The UIC folks have raised a number of issues in Buganizer (nee Monorail) under the "InterestGroups" feature. Unknown whether this covers all described in the preprint.
