chore: remove tools no longer web monetized

Unfortunately, with the news that Coil has been sunset, and so much of what was achieved for Web Monetization being dependent exclusively on Coil, most of the information on the landing page is outdated.

Removes the following:

• Coil as a provider, as this has been sunset. [1]
• All supports browsers, as these either depended on the Coil extension, or integrated with Coil under the hood.
  • All browser extensions were developed by and integrate with Coil only.
  • Puma integrated with Coil under the hood and, of course, that won't work anymore. Despite this, the website hasn't been updated to reflect this, in fact, it hasn't been updated at all since 2021.
• References to Uphold as an ILP Payment Pointer provider / wallet and any instructions for how to create one. With the aforementioned news, Uphold dropped support for them. (Uphold hasn't updated their docs yet, but it was emailed out to everyone who had an Uphold ILP pointer and removed from the UI.)

Hi, thanks for the PR.

Looks like there's a new site in the works at https://webmonetization.dev/ At present, I am not sure if it's a replacement or a staging site.

Coil sent out an email about this recently:

They are working on a new browser extension that will allow users to be monetized in new and exciting ways, using Open Payments and Interledger-enabled wallets.

On behalf of the Interledger Foundation, Coil invites you to join the waitlist for their upcoming Web Monetization offering. By signing up, you'll be the first to know when they launch and have exclusive access to early releases.

My understanding is that it will be a replacement, though this does still mean Coil itself has been scrapped and should probably be removed from the lists.
