Glitch embeds related code is obsolete #338

Currently, we have a /glitch folder which is used for the Glitch embeds in our documentation. However, the code is obsolete and needs to be updated.

We also want to investigate the occasional instance where Glitch somehow goes down and constantly pops up a Glitch error that blocks the page. If replicable, we should handle this error more gracefully.

@huijing The glitch folder no longer exists in the Starlight structure. Should we delete this issue? I think the error, if we can ever replicate it, should be its own issue.
