Describe the Bug

Wrong text for infotip for mapping file, which is actually student submissions' text

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to New Assignment page
Show map file upload chooser by ticking "Upload map file"
Hover over the (i) infotip next to the "Mapping file (csv)" title
See error

Expected Behavior

The infotip's text should accurately match the uploading mapping file funtionality
