Edited User Guide based on latest version of system

Description

The user guide has been changed based on the latest version of SSID. Screenshots were also added to enhance user comprehension.

Motivation and Context

The old user guide is outdated. Many of the screenshots in the old user guide showed the old system, and the instructions were for features that no longer exist. As many features were added/ removed/ changed, this new user guide reflects the enhancements and adjustments made since the last update.
