easy_install.pth breaks PEP 517 pip installs #55

Consider deleting easy_install.pth in a future minor release, as it's deprecated and nothing should be using it anymore.

Any update on this? simweights is getting more use and it is only a matter of time before someone wants to use it on py3-v4.2
