Is Tex (TeTex/Latex) needed in docker images?

Standard "jupyter-ml" image that was made in the past has had the tex libs. I think some fancy plot making might need some?

Not sure. I do know at least one package likely pulls it in as part of recommended packages, so it may not have been needed.
