Settings for the new upcoming cluster & small update on lido2 settings:

Node Types:

244x :  2x Broadwell E5-2640-V4        64GB        (InfiniBand)
72x   : 2x Broadwell E5-2640-V4        64GB        (special InfiniBand)
20x   :  2x Broadwell E5-2640-V4        64GB        2xK40 per node

28x   :   4xBroadwell E5-4640-V4        256GB
2x     :   4xBroadwell E5-4640-V4        1TB

Status 11-8-2017: Not in production --> unannounced downtimes CVMFS coming "soon"

If you're done with the changes, we can merge this in.

I want to wait until they have clearly communicated what changes they are going to implement when going into production mode (mid September - October).
