PBS submit (and subclasses) now clear the env before running the glidein.

Still some configs to clean up.

@jvansanten could you check that this branch works for you? I'm aiming it specifically for DESY and the OS_ARCH issue, if you couldn't guess.

Seems to work on Comet.
