Add config files for aachen #92

Add config files for Aachen. This also includes a change to submitLSF. The request for cuda via #BSUB -R does not work at our cluster. We have to use a different way to get access to cuda. Thus this option should not be part of submitLSF itself but my be better located in the config of the different sites.

This probably interferes with Mainz. Requesting that they look it over and figure out how to modify their config to cooperate.
