Modifications were made to allow for multiple tables to be used in a single AeroDyn polar file. This is needed if 2D interpolation is being used (either with Re or user control parameter) which is being incorporated into OpenFAST through this pull request (https://github.com/OpenFAST/openfast/pull/213)
