This is mostly complete, but working on some functionality.

That last comment was unrelated, but somehow came in from the last issue created.

This issue was resolved through the use of a spline. The spline location adjusts depending on where the inner wake diameter goes to zero downstream of the wake producing turbine and is parametrized accordingly.
