FLORIS - CCBlade - controls coupling #7

I am coupling FLORIS with CCBlade and a controller for each turbine, in order to enable joint optimization of turbine, controls and wind farm layout.

First version with coupled FLORIS+CCBlade+pitch/rotor speed controller in the development branch. I will now add CaseIteratorDriver to the implementation, so that CCBlade can run over a list of turbines of arbitrary length, enabling a single implementation that works for a plant of arbitrary size.

I pushed a new version that uses the CaseIteratorDriver. The example uses a larger wind farm (Princess Amalia Wind Park). Next step are: (1) to make a version with some faster implementation of the controls part, (2) to make it fit better within the framework of AEP calculation in FusedWind PlantFlow.
