bug(Multilingual Unit): Component content doesn't update when changing language #1936

Description

Translation in the authoring works, but when viewing the unit, translated component content doesn't update right away when switching to another language. If you leave the step and come back, then the translated content shows up. This only seems to apply to component content. Unit title, step titles, notebook and report content all update in real time.
