Convert to ChooseBranchPathDialogComponent standalone
Make VLEComponent import ChooseBranchPathDialogComponent instead of StudentVLEModule. We're trying to remove the latter.

In VLE Preview of a unit with a branch, the "Choose branch path" dialog appears and works as before
