Add option for hiding a component #740

From Beth McBride: She'd like to have a table component that is not visible to students but is to teachers/researchers so that she can see the data students are generating from a model in tabular form (even if the students aren't presented with the table in the VLE).

So, we should add a "hide from students" option or something like that in the authoring tool for each component.

We will address this when we rewrite CM in Angular.
