Bug "View Projects Currently Being Authored" #65

View Projects Currently Being Authored shows authors who have been logged out and projects that are not really being authored.

correctly removes user from list if user gets logged out after long period of inactivity.

happens when a user creates a new project while they have a project opened in the AT.
