3 Commits update mysystem2 & provide new special export #275

This change is mostly to allow researchers to create reports for old runs where automatic scoring wasn't available. A researcher will have to copy and paste the activity configuration (advanced author view json) into the exported ViewStudentWork.html web page. For a demo, you could look at this: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/73403/score_old.mov

Oldest change first:

1) Create new MySystemExporter class https://github.com/concord-consortium/WISE-VLE/commit/133fd8327f

2) Update MySystem with latest from build, including new report template; https://github.com/concord-consortium/WISE-VLE/commit/092696a7

3) Take javascript out of ViewStudentWork.html. Ensure old reports still work. https://github.com/concord-consortium/WISE-VLE/commit/f50e4a12467
