Authoring Tool v1: Create New Project dialog stays up too long #301

We're getting several more people seeing the issue where the create new project dialog stays up too long after hitting the submit button.

Make sure you can't hit the submit button again (either intentionally or by mistake).

Also update production.

Jon will make sure AT v2 will have this implemented.
