Polygon add for physical feature and weather path failure to draw #9

Failed to draw a polygon feature when attempting to include a weather and physical feature. PromV2022.12.00

very little to capture. Problem seems to occur after completing and ending a scenario. The ability to use Landscape > Physical Features > Add > Polygon Feature does not draw. Similar issue for other vector drawings. To replicate within Dogrib, run and end a scenario, then attempt to add a landscape polygon. You will notice that nothing occurs.
