Check combination postcode / house number on add #122

We should check the validity of an address entered for members and organizations. For example, the combination house number / postcode can be used to check for typos. There's probably some sort of open API available that we can use for this.

Especially useful to reduce the amount of wrongly addressed MaCHazines and Christmas cards.

Maybe also add the possibility to automatically retrieve an address based on postcode / house number?
