Add creditcard and paypal payment methods #428

The treasurer asked to enable Creditcard and PayPal payment methods in Events. Many international students do not have iDeal, especially when they first arrive in the Netherlands.

@julesfleuren can you provide me the mollie transaction costs for these payment methods?

The transaction costs differs per card, but it is max €0,30 + 2,9%, except for maestro, there it is €0,47. If there's no way to differ the price between cards, I think it's best to use €0,30 + 2,9% and accept that we will very occasionally miss out on max €0,17.
