Issues with sales export #464

Describe the bug There are 2 issues:

the total income is not summed correctly when more than 1 of a product is bought in a single order
the monetary amounts can sometimes contain a lot of decimal places, due to floating point errors.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

go to Sales export tab and export last month
compare the exported csv with the old treasurers tab

Expected behavior

total income should be summed correctly
monetary amounts should be rounded to 2 decimal places
