adjust the volume of the alarm #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start your pomodoro with some kick ass tunes running through your headset
2. go slightly deaf as soon as the pomodoro finishes ;)

This is now supported by the persisted configuration and is propagated to the 
time
panel through events.

Viktor, I am assign you to this task now. I have prepared a place where the 
volume
adjustment should go in timer.mxml.

The volume value will be a number from 1 to 100. If you can fix this before the
weekend I can release 1.4.
