Auto-update #6

The air platform supports autoupdate. If you do that then I don't have to
remember to come back to this web page, because like many I'm lazy.

BTW I can't see how to make this a feature request and not a defect.

This is now implemented and I released a 1.2 with this feature as the only major
feature since it will be very handy to be able to keep people's applications up 
to date. 

I think we should configure auto-update on and off in a configuration properties
though. Personally I dislike programs that insist on auto-updating all the time
without an option to turn it off.
