Providing clickable features do not turn CLI users away from the product. It serves to enhance the product wherever possible.
The product is still largely operated through CLI means, such as adding/editing/deleting information, and hence is still targeted towards users who prefer typing over clicking.
Some clickable features are provided because they are faster than typing, and is meant to better serve the CLI user where clicking is faster than typing and the CLI equivalent is still available if it is not too long for the CLI user to type out (such as view INDEX
).
Regarding clicking to view the details of the contact , the keyboard user can still use their arrow keys to quickly cycle through the list of users.

Reason for disagreement: [replace this with your explanation]
Product scope claims that the user prefers keyboard typing over clicking, but many clicking based features are inherent in the application such as click to view the contact instead of typing
view INDEX
or clicking links instead of typing in a command to do so.
