Two meetings allowed at the same time #8

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have meeting at 2022-10-30 09:00 for index 1
  2. have another meeting at the same time

Expected: Cannot have new meeting since cannot attend 2 meetings at same time

Actual: Allowed to save two meetings at the same time

In real world occurrences, multiple meetings might occur at the same time.
