This will improve a few things that you might be interested it:

Extracted command call from main file into sub-modules
Allow SIGUSR1 calls to be sent to PID to re-hash commands and run block update checks
- Useful for blocknotify!
Added a couple of classes to make expanding the bot easier in the future

Thanks for your hard work to get it run! It was really easy to expand on your code, much appreciated!
