We need to decide on how the regions will be laid out on the .de site.

Regions provided by Bodo: Bayern Hessen Niedersachsen Nordrhein-Westfalen Rheinland-Pfalz Saarland Schleswig-Holstein Brandenburg Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Thüringen Baden-Württemberg Sachsen-Anhalt Sachsen Berlin Bremen Hamburg

Regions for Germany are identical to States. rfs_geo_rgn table was updated with the above list. The States (from rfs_geo_st) associated with geo_cntry_id 91 (Germany) were all associated with their respective regions. This is completed.
