Survey Data not showing up in Live Cockpit view #89

Gentlemen,

Bodo and I deleted a previous test survey and with it, all of the data that we had previously dumped. We made a new survey and it is active, and I manually took the new survey (Deutschland Testumfrage). As you can see in the very bottom row of text in the table, next to 'Umfragen bereits genommen' (Survey taken __ times), I have done it three times. bildschirmfoto 2014-03-25 um 03 47 37 nachm

However, when going over to the Live Cockpit view... nothing is shown.

Hi Lee,

Actually, Kay would like demonstrate the real time reporting to the potential customer tomorrow.

Unfortunately, after taking a survey manually it does not appear in the Live Cockpit view.

Is that a bigger issue?

Not sure what data you thought you removed; however, you can't remove data. It will always remain in the database. I'm not seeing an issue with the Live Cockpit...I see data. 171 surveys taken, etc. I'm going to need more information to go on.

This is just dummy data! If you actually take a survey manually it doesn't count. Andrew took 3 surveys but nothing appeared in the Live Cockpit view.

For instance: We still have an unfinished survey which Kay will finalize in the demo tomorrow. Afterwards he will take this survey and would like to show that one survey is taken.

I do not find a problem. I just took two surveys. They show up in the database and they are showing on the cockpit and the count has gone up.

Lee, I just discovered that if I take a survey manually and choose "Test Krankenhaus" as location it counts. If I choose HCXP it doesn't.

I can write Kay to choose "Test Krankenhaus" as location for tomorrow and we will work on it later on.

Nobody else has the HCXP choice except for us. It is default to us. If you log in as your Test Zugang 2 you will see that when they go to the page to launch a survey, they don't even get the drop down to select a facility. This is not an issue. You don't use HCXP as a facility selection or any selection. I'm closing this ticket as no issue found.

I'll write Kay not to use HCXP as as location!
