Azure file storage will be used as database of json files, that will be then readed by azure-airflow operator and saved into Tables of actuall db and finally moved to "historic data" Blob

unfortunately the uploading part is only "name" of .json file

Resolved all issues with json_sender - files are saved in username/H%M%S_d-m-y.json if the file with the same date is not existing laready
