wlanpi-crust and hostname as SSID #15

I've added support for the backend mongodb database dubbed wlanpi-crust as well as enabled a CLI hostname as SSID option for when doing work with multiple pi's.

I also moved the file store to /var/ww/html/files as part of preparing for the new web ui.
