Results Verbiage Improvements #33

  1. On the OLED, instead of 34% AUTO PASS write 66% AUTO FAIL hence removing the PASS verbiage to add clarity of failure.
  2. On the terminal screen (if running hwtest directly), print using figlet PASS if all tests are 100% or FAIL.
