add eth0 identifier to report log filenames #37

This PR adds an identifier to the pytest reports saved in /var/log/wlanpi-hwtest using the eth0 MAC.

$ ls /var/log/wlanpi-hwtest | grep dc
dca632.fea1a2_report_automated_2021-12-30T175453.html
