when analyzing pcap with --file, pull out all unique assoc requests. currently, expects 1 frame and that frame to be an assoc request. idea is to allow user collect assoc requests from multiple clients and then "batch" analyze.
documentation will need updated.

Made some improvements to this in adff3df677a25b57d246bbbbce6feaa913d7bc80. Could someone help test?

@nimbo78 Sure! Can you take a file with a several association requests present and feed it into profiler like this sudo profiler --read file.pcap? Let me know if it profiles them all.
