Changes:

Add --list_interfaces option
Suppress scapy warnings when it complains about not finding a vif we created at startup
Make creating a vif for monitor mode default unless rtl88xxau is detected
Fail faster when we can't put the interface in monitor mode (brcmfmac for example)
