Run the analysis for DS4SE experiments. Taking Semeru2 and new notebooks for analysis:

[x] Run in pairs this analysis
[ ] copy notebook for each analysis
[ ] parametrize each analysis depending on the experiment
[ ] save configurations at new notebook
