cant get persistence #10

Hello there, I was testing kodachi since some days now but cant get the persistence to work. I downloaded the 4gb zip, then boot from usb and put file on root directory. But I must be doing something wrong since that way is not working, any help ? I am using kodachi 6.0, the message at boot says " unable to find the persistent medium mount ; mounting/cow/root failed : invalid argument overlay mount failed"

How are u burning the ISO to ur USB ? Have u checked https://www.digi77.com/linux-kodachi#pers

hello again and thanx to answer and got it working, at least on one way. Pkey, "advanced users" with rufus does what I said on 1st post, beginners way on NTFS gives me "error 15" http//grub4dos.chenall.net/e/15 file not found ( step 1 ubuntu ). The way it worked was step 1 ubunto and fat32. Next time I should try all ways, thank you and sorry if bothered you, hace a nice day

Yes you have to selct Ubuntu if you select Debian it won't boot up becase Kodachi is based on Xubuntu which uses casper :)
