Standalone allows infinite connections from one location #11

Quite a big security issue.. that needs fixing.

I am not finding either mode easy/possible to test, how do you test it? I would be more active on this if I could only test it.

Standalone is actually very easy to test, just copy the jar to your plugins folder and launch. Then connect to IRC on port 6667.
