Basically, check for a new version on BukkitDev once a day, and if there is, tell every op when they connect.

This would be useful, i will look into when i have time. Edit: We could possibly have a channel like system in which users can select a channel in which they receive builds (Development and Stable). With the Development channel been updated from Jenkins builds.

Possibly, though I don't know how well that'd go down with BukkitDev staff...
