Fix IDLE command response #67

Previous the IDLE command was searching for players in the IRC UID list when this command is sent to BukkitIRCd when another server wants to know the status of the in-game users.

Please note that the build failure message is for an unrelated Maven issue in the jdk6 build and that the jdk7 build went fine.
