BukkitIRCd was an IRC bridge plugin for Minecraft servers running Bukkit. It creates individual 'bot' users for every player to allow seamless communication.
eg. I have all players that have been "promoted" from the 'newbie' group with +v (voice). However, if I reload the plugin, or it unlinks due to network issues, existing players don't get voiced until they reconnect.
