Make '/wp select' be the command to 'pick' a portal to edit #5

Say you made a portal a few days back

/wp create lobby2survival

Now you want to modify its destination, so you do

/wp select lobby2survival /wp world survival

Good idea, I was planning to remove the now useless command but I will change the function now.

Would be great if this could be implemented soon.

Fixed in version 2.0.1
