This is needed to have fully consistent treatment of the mZ NOI when doing postfit plots of dilepton kinematics using external postfit results from the W-like for example.

Since the CI was stuck because of kerberos issues, I would prefer to wait to merge this until there is a properly corresponding reference run. (Since there were several PR's merged lately there is no clean reference point currently)

Ok the CI now shows no changes as expected, so I think this one is ready to merge (but I wait to see if anyone has comments on the arugment names or implementation or whatever)
